Clinical Services
Psychiatric Evaluation
A comprehensive, compassionate psychiatric assessment is the first step to understanding your current concerns, history, and goals, forming the foundation for a collaborative treatment plan. I approach each evaluation with curiosity, care, and a whole-person lens to align care with your values and strengths.
Psychotherapy
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy using modalities including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychotherapy, and family and couples therapy. My goal is to create a safe, trusting space to explore challenges, build resilience, and foster opportunities for growth and meaning.
Medication Management
When appropriate, medication can be an important tool in supporting mental health and sustainable well-being. I offer thoughtful, individualized medication management evaluation and assessment, ensuring decisions align with your goals and lifestyle, while monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and overall well-being throughout treatment.
Currently, I am seeing patients through the practice of Seth M. Dorsky, MD. You can reach out directly to the office to schedule: (973) 635-4244 or contact me below for further inquiry.

I work with health care institutions seeking to build cultures of well-being, engagement, and resilience. Drawing on my research and curriculum development in Positive Medicine and clinician well-being, I offer consulting on program design, implementation, and evaluation to promote flourishing within health systems.
Speaking Engagements
As a speaker and educator, I deliver talks and workshops on topics including Positive Medicine, clinician well-being, post-traumatic growth, integrated approaches to mental health, cultivating resilience in medicine, and thriving in adolescence for teens and parents. My sessions blend evidence-based insights with practical tools to empower audiences toward meaningful, implementable change.
